Founded in 1971, Raffa Consulting Economists is a select group of experienced economists, providing both litigation support and non-litigation economic consulting services. The six (6) professional analysts at our firm, all with extensive backgrounds in economics, finance and accounting matters, have a collective 129 years of experience working together at Raffa Consulting.

The firm provides a wide range of support in both litigation and non-litigation matters. We have extensive knowledge and expertise in complex matters that involve the foundational dissemination and analysis of large data sets, right through to the preparation and presentation of a user-friendly review of our conclusions.

Litigation Support is provided to attorneys representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury, wrongful death, employment discrimination, contract/commercial disputes, including, anti-trust, and patent/trademark infringement; crop damage, and in punitive damages claims. Dr. Frederick A. Raffa, Senior Economist, has provided expert testimony in over 850 trials located throughout seventeen states and in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Staff members have evaluated over 8,500 cases, involving complex commercial litigation, multi-option life care plans in catastrophic personal injury cases, multi-plaintiff employment discrimination cases, as well as complex wrongful death matters.

Raffa Consulting Economists also provides assistance with real estate/feasibility pro-forma analyses, business valuation, and economic impact studies.
