Raffa Consulting Economists has a long history of providing litigation support and expert testimony in matters involving complex commercial damages. We have been retained by counsel for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Common analyses include consideration of economic losses stemming from multi-year lost profits claims, marginal-cost based losses, breach of contract claims, business interruption claims, dealership/franchise disputes, intellectual property infringements, anti-trust cases, lost opportunity damages, crop damages and construction losses including delay damages.

Representative clients include Walmart, Equity Residential, Corkcicle, Racetrac, Nucor Steel, Orange County (FL) School District, Disney’s Buena Vista Palace and Dollar General. We also assisted with hundreds of business loss claims resulting from the BP oil spill.
